This is a first for us, Torontonians are "complaining" that one of our projects is not big enough! We completely agree and our original proposal envisioned a taller building on the site, but even at this scale, it has been a very long and hard journey. Hopefully, zoning bylaws will change with the great work Toronto planning staff are doing to densify underutilized swathes of the city.
