A project that’s all about balance. We respected the original character, added bold new space, and engineered everything down to the last brick. The garden suite? A three-storey stunner with soaring ceilings, and real light below grade. The main house? Now holds six warm, light-filled rentals. We brought this one in under budget — without sacrificing finish, comfort, or durability. A quiet triumph, right in the heart of the Annex.
