01 What Makes a Site

03 How It Works

From tip to cheque.

01 / SUBMIT

You send us a tip

Address, your read on the lot, and how you came across it. The form below takes 90 seconds.

02 / VERIFY

We do the diligence

We confirm the lot meets the criteria, run feasibility, and reach out to the owner. You stay in the loop.

03 / CLOSE

We close on the property

If the deal goes through — typically 60-120 days from first contact — your referral is now recorded against the purchase.

04 / CHEQUE

You get paid

2.5% of the purchase price, payable on closing. On a $2M lot, that’s $50,000.

The Fine Print

The 2.5% fee is paid only on successful close. We don’t pay for tips on properties we’re already in conversation with, properties we sourced ourselves, or properties outside the four criteria above. We confirm receipt of every submission within 24 hours and tell you whether we’re pursuing it within a week.

You don’t need to be a licensed real estate agent to participate. If you are, the fee can be structured as a referral commission to your brokerage. Either way, the cheque is real and the process is fast.

We respond within one business day. Tip submissions are recorded against you the moment we receive them — first to flag a property gets credit on the close.
