Transforming a fire-damaged home into a standout multiplex
This was our first project — and it set the tone. We took a gutted, smoke-charred home, with a derelict coach house, just off the Danforth and reimagined it as a fiveplex, well before multiplexes were in vogue and as of right. Despite some early setbacks with a loss at Committee of Adjustments, we persevered and were approved at TLAB. Through meticulous planning we doubled footprint of the existing house, and brought the property to life with a focus on quality and efficiency. Fully leased since day one, and still sets the tone for everything we build.
