This project represents infill density that is scaled appropriately within a downtown, walkable, transit-oriented urban setting, and reflects a step towards more efficient downtown neighbourhoods.
The project is a 6-storey, 42-unit apartment building with 43 bike parking spaces.
“Forty-two units next to Grange Park. This is the biggest thing we've done and the first one where I had to stop personally walking every unit during framing. Letting go of that was harder than the financing.”
