We reimagined and elevated the original façade. A masterclass in smart intensification. We dug deep, went up, back, and carved out nine refined units — each quiet, bright, and beautifully detailed. Two penthouse-level decks capture sweeping views from Casa Loma to the CN Tower. Oh, and it won CoStar Multifamily Development of the Year 2025. Not bad for a project that used to be a single-family home!
