Parkside charm meets neighbourhood art
This Little Italy beauty fronts onto Bickford Park and leans into the view. We excavated deep to invite sunlight into every corner and retained 50% of the original structure to keep things environmentally friendly and financially efficient. Bonus move? A full-height laneway mural that turned an alley into a local landmark. Five families live here now, where there was once just one, and the mural still turns heads.
